Judith Archbold, Principal

Judi has over 30 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer representing California and Idaho based public and private corporations, both in various "in house” corporate positions and as outside counsel.  Her extensive experience includes advising clients on a broad spectrum of legal issues, managing public offerings and private placements, serving as investment community spokesperson, and drafting and negotiating countless commercial contracts, prospectuses, acquisition agreements, and financing documents. She has successfully represented clients in filings with the SEC, California Department of Corporations, and other governmental agencies. 

Judi's strong written and verbal communication skills along with her understanding of financial issues has allowed her to effectively collaborate with her clients in developing and implementing successful business strategies in a variety of industries.  

In forming The Archbold Group, Judi has chosen to devote her extensive consulting, writing, and organizational skills to advising non-profit groups on accessing the private and government grant process to successfully reach their charitable and financial goals. 

She is an American Grant Writers Association Certified Grant Writer® and a member of the Grant Professionals Association.   She has held a number of non-profit Board and other leadership positions through which she's enjoyed actively participating in numerous fund development and community outreach activities.
